SHIPPING POLICY
At Panda's Little Gifts, we are dedicated to delivering your orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We offer standard and express shipping options to accommodate your needs.
CANADA
Standard shipping is UNTRACKED lettermail; it can take up to a month to arrive in further provinces/territories. Usually 1-2 weeks in Ontario.
Express (or oversized) shipping will be shipped the most cost effective way, this may be via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or any other courier. Tracking is included, and can take 2-10 business days depending on location.
USA
To make things easier we have set shipping rates to all US states.
Depending on customs at the border your order may take anywhere from 4-10 business days to arrive on average.
EVERYWHERE ELSE
At this time we are not shipping out of North America via our website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Panda's Little Gifts. If for any reason your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible for you. We accept returns and exchanges of damaged or error within 14 days of the purchase date,

DELIVERY
We offer delivery in the Niagara Region.
At this time we offer FREE delivery over $20 to the following areas:
LINCOLN / WEST LINCOLN (-BEAMSVILLE & Area and SMITHVILLE & area) WAINFLEET, GRIMSBY, FONTHILL, and some parts of WELLAND
There are delivery fees outside those areas, this includes: ST. CATHARINES, WELLAND, NIAGARA FALLS
There are certain areas we are unable to deliver to, please reach out if you have any questions
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Orders must be pre-paid

Will only deliver to apartment building lobbies

Outside light must be on at night

Delivery spot must be protected from elements

Please note: if for any reason our delivery driver feels unsafe in the area, they have permission to refuse delivery.
Driver will either hand to resident or leave on porch (or specified location), if you request drop off and nobody is home, you assume all risk for stolen or damaged items due to nature.
PICK UP
We offer pick up in WAINFLEET & SMITHVILLE
Locations are under video surveillance.

Address will be given once ordered.
Cash or e-transfer is accepted upon pick-up* or can be pre-paid online via website or square invoice
*Custom/personalized orders require 50% deposit
SMITHVILLE
(located near Giant Tiger L0R 2A0)
